Door handles rattle

My inside door handles rattle over every bump and when there is a song with bass on the radio. Anybody else having this problem? Anybody know of a quick fix without pulling the interior panel off?

i hear that pulling that piece behind the handle itself and taping velcro to it (the soft side of the velcro) will stop it from rattling. someone did a thread about this before try to search it

This may not be the fix for your problem with the door handles themselves rattling OR it may be the same piece mine was and this will fix it. Now since adding the Pypes O/R H, more things rattle inside my car since it rumbles a bunch more! If the door handle IS the cause, the only solution I can think of would be to attatch a small piece of Dynamat(or similar product) to the back of the door handle. That will add weight and possibly be enough to stop the vibration.

How do you like the Pypes H pipe? I am trying to decide what I want to do with my exhaust. I have the FRPP axel back already...any input?

pypes o/r h.....

LOUD..... i have the corsa axlebacks which are pretty reasonable at idle but at 2500 its one of the loudest combos ive heard..... under overpasses at 5500 rpm it actually hurts my ears but well worth it

One other thing that I've found on my car was that all of the 7mm hex head screws on the edge of the inside of both door trim panels were loose....

I love it!!!!!!!!!!!! I went through a fairly long tunnel on the PA Turnpike...turned O/D off and cracked on her hard and OMG was it ever loud!!!!! I was traveling in a caravan with 3 other cars and they all heard me. Brother-in-law thought at first it was a semi that had downshifted right beside him
It has a slightly meaner idle, much louder under reasonable acceleration and is EXTREMELY loud under WOT!!!!! Along with my 4.10s, cruising in O/D at 70 MPH at around 2600 RPM it is no longer calm and quiet, she rumbles!

Good find!!!!! Worth me checking tomorrow(today actually) after I wake up and stumble out of bed...

One other thing that I did was to tighten down the fastener that is behind the trim piece under the handle.

I now have a new rattle since adding the Pypes O/R H... It is the plastic piece around the light switch... Oh well, it is becoming more of a true sports car
