Door hinges ... all the same?

Are door hinges all the same? Left, right? Top bottom? I have extras and didn’t know if I needed to match them to the original door or anything.

Hoping to just pick my cleanest ones and go.

That said, according to this parts list, though there are different parts for upper and lower, the part numbers are the same for each side.

Tasca is one of the few parts websites left that still has a pretty extensive list of discontinued parts and their applications. The Ford parts website used to be the same, but they removed all the discontinued stuff when they revamped it.
