door lock wont move

My drivers side door lock seems to be permanently frozen, sometimes it will work when its a little warmer out but now it wont work at all. it will slightly move up and down and make noise will doing so. Do you guys think it frozen or do i need to replace it. Also i can get in with the key it wont let me turn it at all.

By the way it has a aftermarket key less entry

If the lock doesnt work with the key, keyless or PDL button, it sounds like you're right - the actuator is frozen.

both my locks have been doing that with the cold weather, its kind of embarrasing sometimes, i guess i need to replace actuators

ya i know what Ur say in about embarrassing It suxs lea vein school and crawling through the passenger side
