I want latches that work, be it good used, new Originals or aftermarket.
The doors close now, but you have to throw it shut.
Tried to adjust the striker, but it only gets worse.
Have to tell that there are “new” doorseals (one year old now).
I suspect the hook in the latches, or the pins where on they turn. When closing the door shut, we have about 1/4” play on the latch/striker. Both sides.
It doesn’t work as it should be.

Finally got a chance to look at the strikers.
Indeed, I’m missing the bushings.
Can you tell me the Outer diameter of the bushing?
And is it a special material?
I want to make them myself, shipping costs are way too high for two strikers from the states unfortunatly...
I made the nylon bushings for the strikers today.
I used nylon made for bearings, it was all I got, let’s see how long they last.
Doors are closing like a charm!
