Ok. Short version. The lower front of both my doors sticks out past my rocker. Both doors were off, replaced, and put back on.

No rust, new bushings , new pins, everything lines up everywhere else. What am I missing?

Pic below, pardon the dust, been sanding in it.

Guess that depends on whether or not you have two piece hinges. The hinge on my car is bolted on at both the door itself, and the header. If yours are like that, then the bolts can be loosened, and the whole door can be twisted to allow the bottom to come inward.

The part on the door is welded into place from the factory.

I’m gonna pop the wheel off and loosen one of the doors this weekend. I’m wondering if maybe it’s just sitting goofy.

I've seen similar. Did you do any of the following:

1. Change the weather stripping? The new weather stripping that LMR sells is firmer when new than the original and made my door stick out.
2. Did the position of the door change when you replaced the pins? The door hinges bolt to a plate that hangs on hooks just above the computer and allows the installer to adjust the position of the door.
3. Did you loosen the hinge bolts? Once you loosen them see above.
4. Is it the original door?

I would suggest removing the door and starting from the beginning aligning the door. I had similar issues on my '89 hatch. The door and body work are original but a leak developed that caused water to leak in under the carpet and rust the floor. I tried aligning the door myself with a friend and we got it very close. I ended up taking it to a body shop and they only got it slightly better than us. Sometimes it just the nature of a car that was built in 4 days!

If you still have your old door compare lower hinge placement, see it the hinge on the replacement is further away from the outside skin.
