Hi Ive been getting a few parts for my 69 and well I'm really not happy with most of them most claim to use ford tooling but when I get them they look cheap and fake, What parts dealer do you guys use?

I know what you mean, it seems that even the best stuff out there is not up to Ford stuff. Having said that, I use National Parts Depot pretty much exclusively these days. With some vendors it's kind of hit-and-miss on the quality, but at least with NPD they let you know if the parts are good or less than perfect. For Shelby-specific parts I go to Tony Branda, who has a great selection, poor quality and quite possibly the rudest parts people on the planet. I've never heard anyone else complain, but everytime I call I get someone who can't get off the phone quick enough. God forbid I need some info on some of the over-price crap they sell.

Inner front fender panels for the XR-7: Mustangs Unlimited
For the rear quarter: No idea yet, but I'm hoping to find a decent one at a junkyard within 200 miles of me - even if gas goes back to $3/gallon, I think I can get it home cheaper than truck freight!
OEM suspension parts: NAPA or whomever actually will sell me real Moog parts
Brake stuff (EBC Green Stuff pads, better rotors, etc): Auto Parts Warehouse.
Motor Goodies for the Coug and the trucks: Summit or locally if the price doesn't kill me...
