dragon x cal2

just got my x cal from some guy named tim. got some questions about it. first what should i set my low fan and high fan for since i got a 180* t-stat. next what is the stratagy option. last how do i use the data log option. thanks guys. i also got 2 tunes, 1 for NA and 1 for nitrous. just waiting on a fuel pump to get it dynoed.
