Might be different software or something. It seems they both are pretty much a chiptune that is flashed to modify the stock ecu. My tuner uses his laptop to make changes as wellI believe you have something different. If you want to change the operating parameters, you need a new chip.
With Tweecer you can modify it using your laptop.
Tweecer is a good system but complex for a non-experienced use. The newer systems make it less complex to do yourself.
