sorry another question when changing oil i opened the front plug and barely anything came out iam i suppose to use both drain plugs on the pan since i jacked the car would oil go to the back plug

Assuming this is an SN95 5.0, yes, you drain BOTH plugs. The front sump never has a whole lot of oil in it when I change mine, the rear sump is where it all seems to pool up. I usually unplug the front, let it drain for a few, put the drain plug back in, then move to the rear and repeat. Then oil filter, then new oil, and you're set.

thanks thought it was kinda weird that no oil really came out i was kinda scared that i was driving around with no oil then it got me thinking my oil light doesnt work

Yeah, I remember my first oil change. Didn't know about the dual sumps, and drained the front sump and flipped out wondering how my car even drove me to my friend's house. Then I looked and did the old 'OHHHH' after seeing the rear sump.
