i found this kit but got some questions..

it says HiPo on there..does that mean you gotta have a HiPo or is it just makin it look like one?

Any valve cover that is made to fit the small block windsor (289-351) will bolt up. If you have a 260, 289, 302, or 351 Windsor, this dress up kit will work for you.

If you ever plan on getting roller rocker arms, consider getting tall valve covers.
