So guys, I have a 94 Mustang GT I have toyed around with racing it for quiet a while and I have done lots of work to it but I would like some help on what I plan to do next. First let me tell you about the car, It is a carburetor 5.0 GT40P heads, Edelbrock performer intake, 600 CFM Edelbrock carb, Rear seats and all carpet removed, fuel cell, 275/40/17s all around, and 4.10 gears. (center console is removed and I re-carpeted the front and have custom boots for shifter and stock E-Brake)
I want to drift the car at the nearest track. I have lots of practice in parking lots and on back roads. I used to practice transitions in the rain but I have been practicing in dry weather recently. I would like to know what mods would assist me in what I am doing and for cheap. I have a Hydro E-Brake but I have not installed it yet. So what I'm asking is what coil overs and steering kits and cheap and useful for drifting and should I need more power I estimate it at 320whp and no clue what the torque is but It's more than my Foxbody.

Great to see other drifters! As far as mods your car is perfect, the bare bones for drifting a mustang would be welding/locking the differential, and disabling any sort of abs or traction control systems, but you should stiffen the suspension as much as you can in any ways. Especially rear end. Once you get better i would get angle and coilovers. And your golden!
