Drive-in movie event next weekend in Everett

Puget Park Drive-in, will be showing two great movies this coming Friday and Saturday night Sept 15th and 16th. They have agreed to open the gates for us at 5:30 PM both nights so that hot rods from all around can have a cruise-in before the movie. The 1st movie is Bullitt (1968) and the 2nd movie is American Graffiti (1973). Bullitt has been voted by many magazines as the best car chase seen ever. A 1968 390 GT Mustang chasing a 1968 440 Charger R/T through San Francisco. Here is a chance of a lifetime to see it full screen (50 feet x 100 feet). For more info see http://www.forddragteam.com/pugetpark.htm

3rd best chase scene ever.

+1 was the mustang chase from the original "Gone in 60 Seconds." they used one car for the whole chase scene was like 75 minutes long or something like that. also, the car still runs and does shows today.....if anyone hasnt seen it i believe it just came out on dvd recently and can also be seen on the speed channel from time to time

+2 is the chase scene from Ronin with the BMW and the other foreign car the de niro drives.

+4 would be the new "Gone in 60 Seconds"

+5 would be the entire movie "Vanishing Point."

and there you have it....my top 5

My dad and I should be going, and I'll see if I can round up some more people to go.

However, $8 a person is a bit steep (thats more than a movie theatre...)

I think you are overlooking that it is $8.00 for TWO movies, not just one movie like the theatres.

Actually Bullitt was voted the BEST chase scene of all time. While opinons vary, the reason it has such a following is because the novelty of one Muscle car chasing another Muscle car. All the ones you list are also great car chase movies!
