I have a 95 mustang gt and i have been noticing a rubbing of my drive shaft against the e-brake when i have people or weight in the car. I have been told it's a bushing in the rear end but don't have a clue what it's called or what it could be?

No.... just take a hammer and screwdriver/ chisel to it.... knock it up a bit.... it will fix your problem

You may be thinking of the pinion snubber, it's a piece of rubber above the differential. The idea is, you hit the pinion snubber before the differential bottoms out on the trunk sheet metal. However, Adam95GT is correct - pound the bracket down some and you'll eliminate the problem.
