Driver side window wont work! Cant find window motor

So today i was trying to sell my car by taking it to this spot where i park it on a busy road. I washed it and made it all nice and as im pulling out of my drive way i realize the drivers side window wont roll up! so i pull back in take off the door panel and try to find out where the motor is so i can figure out the problem. i can hear it clicking when i press the down button but not up. where exactly is the motor i can hear it clicking but cant see it

Fixed It! i found the motor couldnt figure out what was wrong and gave it a good whack and it worked

I think its a somewhat common issue. I read a tsb or something about it usually happening on hot days. it happened to me once. I even went as far as ordering a motor. Luckily it started working again so I havnt replaced anything. It hasn't happened since so there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.

if you do have to change it .C=clamp the gear spring mechanism. i read it can and will chop your finger off if not.
