I've never done it, but I did install some 7" projector halos a while ago which work really well. I had to modify the headlight bucket some to clear the connector harness on the back-side. I imagine these would be about the same. Kind of nice that you wouldn't really need to change the appearance of your II with extra lights or light-bars.
