I have a couple questions....I was planning on getting my exhaust done at a local shop here in Spokane by a place that was charging me 325.50...But they weren't real flowmaster mufflers. Now I found an exhaust system on ebay...its a takeoff GT with Flowmasters...the only thing is I know that my e-brake cable has to be moved and that the exhaust hangers have to be replaced to fit on my year. Now I have someone who can weld that on for me, but I don't know if they can change the e-brake cable's position and do the hangers...Would this add up to be the same price? Have any of you done the e-brake cable? I'm not worried about the hangers as much cause I know a muffler place could do that easily, but I don't know much about moving the cable? Any information as soon as possible would be great, because the auction ends tonight.

Thanks,

Jeff

Sorry i coulnt reply sooner..My car is a 98 V6,when i originally done the exh on it,i just bought replacement tailpipes for a GT and went to the ford place bought the hanger for the pass side..You can do that and just get what mufflers you want on it,and get someone to make a short pipes to hook the mufflers to the pipes where cutting them just before the factory Y'd them back together..I was working at a place at the time that had a tubing bender,so was relatively cheap for me to do..But any reputable muffler shop could do that..Never had to do anything with the e-brake cables..Hope this helps.
