If you drive your car on the street then I would run tails.

It is not hard at all to find good looking tails. I found mine easy. They are Dynomax Stainless Steel.

I run dumps on both of mine. But at some point I plan on a nice catch back with 2.5" tails on my 92. I like the looks of a nice set of polished tails and the dumps are a bit stinky with the windows down. It's really personal prefferance IMO.

89, those are some pretty good lookin tires on ur car man.

Im running dumps on my LX right now. Its so loud. I guess cuz ive gotten used to it, but its like a constant buzzing noise. Id suggest tails.

I run dumps on my GT, but if I had and LX or a coupe I would run the same pipes as Kevin.

I like the looks Sleeper. Where did you get the tails at without the whole catback kit? I ordered Flowmaster SS tails, but they aren't polished. I'm thinking about sending them back and getting some polished SS tails. Thanks

Not too sure about the part number. They were like $225 when I got them a few years back.

Sounds about right.

I just thought that was high for individual pieces, hell the flowmaster ss "natural" finish were only 160 for the pair. I figured the pair if them would be cheaper than the individual prices and then twice as much shipping....

I've got the a MAC catback that I love. The tips are nice and polished and look sweet and I like the sound too. One advantage of dumps over tips is that you can run wider tires out back without modifying your wheel wells or fender lips, but if you are going for looks, then the tails just set it off.
