What has anybody used as a lower dust boot for a Hurst Completion shifter on their Mustang. I’m not sure if the stock ones for the Ford shifters will fit. I have a 68 coupe with a toploader and a 302.

I know there is one that fits a 65-68 4 speed but it’s the stock shifter. Is the Hurst similar in size and location of the levers as the stock Ford unit? I don't have a Ford shifter to compare. The part I see must be a reproduction but I don’t see a part listed for 69-73.

I have a toploader with hurst shifter and i just use the regular ford dust boot. As far as I know there is only one boot.

Not sure how new the one listed in the NPD catalog is but it says that it is concourse correct. I guess that is why it is so much $.

So,

The stock 65-68 one fit fine with your Competition Plus shifter?
