Dusty is living up to his name. Garage bathroom is still coming together. A few design changes.

Finally, did some work on Dusty. I've been driving this car with my knees almost at the dash for years. Well, not anymore.

It's amazing how much it makes a difference. These were installed in my Steeda Q400 but the guy that bought it is shorter and didn't need them.

The back seat is useless but who uses it anyway. My kids are all adults now. Can't wait for the salt to be gone so I can get out and cruise.

Man it sucked. Thats how I felt. When i was younger it didn't feel so crammed in the drivers seat. I'm 6'3" and can finally stretch my legs out. Might even have to bring the seat forward a little. Will make the trip to Carlisle Ford Nationals way more comfortable.

I put a set of those in the Junk Pyle once, I'm 6'2" and found they put the steering wheel too far away.
Just me I guess.

I will put a spacer on the steering wheel, if need be. It feels pretty good just sitting in the car. No idea if it will feel weird driving.

Interested in how a spacer would look. Got anything in mind yet?

I've been looking at this one. Not sure how it would actually look. Could do a quick disconnect but that would be real bad if it failed.

Its worth it. The supplied bolts are too short to go through subframe connectors seat braces. Just FYI

I had some bolts in my bolt box that worked for me. These are factory bolts next to the replacements that fit perfect.

The factory and the supplied bolts are too long to bolt the rear of seat track to the extensions. I used stacked washers. Didn't feel like cutting them or searching for the right length ones.

These extensions were ordered from LMR.

$34.99 for a spacer that links you to the front wheels of a 3000 lb, 400+ HP car?

I'm all for this plan! I'm excited to be a part of it! Ha HA HAAAA!
