I'm going to use 3m 04747 urethane two part epoxy. The applicator, tips, and epoxy are over 100 bucks... We use this stuff at work to fix door panels, bumpers, and all types of plastic stuff. Best epoxy I've ever used but it has a shelf life of two years and its working time is short. Ive realized that no one has detailed the process so I'll back track and give specific measurements.

Edit ; 3m4747 didn't work....it bonds well to the yellow urethane but not the black polypropylene. Dries too fast for this application. Shown later in thread

So...here's the urethane based epoxy I'm using. There's also a shot of the adhesion promoter. I sanded and glued parts from both bumpers to check strength. Holding up pretty good so far.

I ordered a fog light harness repair pigtail so I can wire the cobra fogs to my old factory gt switch. I'll be using the switch to activate the relay through the ground side to keep a little draw off the harness. The white thing is part of my home security system...we've got two killer chihuahuas...smh

So over last weekend I got the guage pods in before the snow. The pillar post was the hardest because I have a mechanical NOS guage with the hose running through the dash by the left front speaker. The other one is mounted on top of the dash for tach, oil, and volts. The pillar pod holds the NOS and my narrow band fuel ratio guage. Yes, I'll upgrade to a wide band and an electric bottle bressure guage soon. I like the nostalgic look of guages in our foxes. I have a three guage pod for the center vent so one day it may make it in there too....boost, temp., and trans or rear temp. Would have posted pics but Tapatalk was down. I'll update later. Still waiting on a chance to get the T5 back together and I've still got to do some fab on the lower support. I'm going with SR performance for my full length subframe connectors...from the k member mounts to the rear lower torque boxes.

Not a whole lot has moved around here with all the snow. Came home to big holes in my front yard...apparently some jack butt lost control and got his 4 wheel drive stuck in my yard. They had to use a tow truck to get him out...how do I know ? Because he tore up my driveway and left another set of ruts... Wtf

Not much been going on. My Econoline stopped shifting so I had to tear the steering column and remove the shift actuator arm. PITA.... Also had to wire up a starter button.

That's about as far as I got today with the rain. A buddy of mine is bringing me some aluminum for the supports for the AC condensor. I'll post pics with the sideskirts sitting on the car so you guys can help me make a decision [emoji106] I've been a master mechanic for 20yrs but looking at others threads makes me feel like a real noob to this. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for checking this pitiful build out. Lol

OK...so before I said I wanted to go turbo...and then I said I didn't. Well, my on3 kit is on order as we speak with the y pipe. I'm all over the place with this thing right now but I will have some cheap long tubes and 30lb injectors on CL, lol. I've got so many things to do and (even though I have a written plan ) I want to do it all...at the same time. Smh. My builds have a tendency to go this way. A bunch of little nudges until its complete enough for me to start 10 more processes. Plus, I think I'm a little more than half nuts. But.. This is my addiction.... maybe I'll have a dart block here shortly...who knows. [emoji117] [emoji469]

Turbo life. It came today everything but my y pipe. I've got to call LMR customer service to see how I can track it. Its usually so easy to deal with them and track my orders but there is no tracking available for this stuff. Can't find a shipping number but maybe its my old age. Smh

@davethecarpainter No IRS installed yet. I salvaged it from my previous fox. It will be going in this car too. IRS is nice for the street....but I live in an area with nice roads...a narrowed year and wide tires would be so nice. My street racing days are over. Lol

P.s drop shipping sucks...I should've just ordered from on3.....then again...they were more expensive than LMR. Smh. I've gone through customer service and sending pics. Just trying to find out if my exhaust y pipe shipped or not. Wtf....end rant.

LMR isn't the problem....its some of the companies they rely on. My team z radiator support was drop shipped but I got tracking numbers as soon as they boxed up. Not so with on3.

Anyway, I lucked up and found a 94 and a 95 mustang in the junk yard. I'll be spindle pulling for the next hour. Lol. I've been running 98 spindles with a maxed out UPR bump steer kit for years. Figured 4 is better than 2.

Well had some time to clean up a set of spindles I picked up...the splash shields were trashed and I'll be using brake cooling ducts.

I used a small chisel, punch, 7/32 drill bit, and a 1.25 x 8mm tap. Just a little cleaning, priming, and paint.
