You guys finally get to see my test drive route. This MSdroid app is fun. Nice to play around a lil'bit.

The gps map feature is more precise than I thought it would be. I can see this being useful in the future.

My limited data log area is the reason my cars tune isn't completely done yet. Not enough straight space and always on and off the throttle.

Tags will be coming soon. I feel a little more confident now that I know I can back track to where i was when certain things happen in a log.

You mean you can click on a part of the map and it shows where in the log that was? Or is that too futuristic. Because that would be bad ass. Like, man when I hit it coming over that bridge, it bogged like ass for a minute. Click, boom, yada. yada, bog fixed!

Exactly... The map is synced to the log. You can definetly see the exact area where the car glitched.

I've been enjoying this phone app for tuning. Played around with my VE table a little figuring out things. Didn't make any tune changes but it seems so much easier to deal with.

I just have one problem....I'm outta gas. Lol

This weekend I plan to play some more with the laptop this time. Might get a video done.

Got gas.... spent 20mins trying to figure out why my WB didn't match what I saw in TS. Come to find out....I was looking at my battery voltage gauge on the laptop and not my air fuel ratio gauge.

There's a bunch of stuff left to do to this thing. This winter should be the tear down and beautify stage.

Today was Dusty's real maiden voyage on public streets. Finally, sat at MVA for 2 hours and left with antique tags. This car feels pretty good. Did see coolant temps up to around 210 degrees. The alignment is off....I can tell because it's tramlining all over the place.

nothing fell off. LOL.

I went to royal farms to fill up on ethanol free gas....but got there and realized my wallet was home in the other car. Got back to the house and decided to drive over to a buddies house a few miles down the road. Car did good....didn't run out of gas. The brakes are still not where I think they should be. I'm sure this low vacuum camshaft has something to do with the tight pedal. I'll have to check the check valve and such later. I've got a 98 v6 master cylinder and proportioning valve with a 93 cobra booster on here. Just doesn't stop well enough for my liking.

At the gas station I had a couple guy yell, " What the hell ya got in that thing ? ". I told them nothing....just stock car with a turbo.

It felt like it pushed through the clutch for a split second....either that or the tires broke traction.

I'm taking it for an alignment on Saturday. Should drive a bunch better after that.

It's fun but I've got to get in the habit of data logging every ride....sure would be nice to have that digital dash that automatically logs. Guess I've gotta make some more money to spend.

The drive was so tame, I had time to stare at your dash and see that your defroster vent is loose/broken on the right.

It sounds good and the one part you got on it sounds good. I was expecting any second a tire frying burnout and your lady would either scream in anger or howl with laughter! I think the question is do YOU think you'll like a 4 speed auto?

I was driving super tame. You can't see it in the video but when I turned the corner an officer was posted in a side road on the left...about half way down that road.

I've been looking for a decent burn out spot. The police presence is pretty heavy most of the time in my area. Not a lot of crime....but they write a bunch of tickets.

I don't think I would like a 4 speed....wish I could put the transmission out of my ecoboost in it. I'd enjoy 10 speeds a whole lot more.

Usually i check in here everyday...but last weekend was full of stuff. Saturday was my oldest sons prom. Sunday this was rolled into my driveway.

Been sitting for 15 years. By 3 it looked like this.

Can't even describe the amount of mouse nests...and the 4 foot snake skin from at least a 5 foot black snake.

Sitting in Dusty's spot. Sometimes we all have to take one for the team.

Dusty isn't sold....he aint goin nowheres. Lol

This is a very low mileage car that a customer wants me to mildly restore. I've got to get it running and do brakes, suspension, surface rust fixes, send the interior out to be redone...and send the body back to the owner for bodywork and paint.

Hopefully, this will get me back within budget to do what I have planned for Dusty and the new mustang.

Wish me luck. Smh

....still no Dusty stuff going on. A customer brought over this 95 Honda Shadow for a tune up, oil change, and fork overhaul. For the first time in bike mechanic history it needs the clips replaced that hold the forks together ( they usually always are reusable ). Special order....won't come in till friday. I need a bigger garage....oh wait...i have one at the farm. Will be a few years before i can move.

The 300z is coming along...no real surprises there.

The Veloster I work on got totalled....so I'll have a 16 ecoboost to modify in the very near future.

The intercooler and tubular crash bar got away unharmed. The engine just got built with studs, new injectors, better head gasket, and stuff. Should've been making close to 400bhp. Someone will be getting a steal at some auction or jy. His mustang is already paid for and on order through Carvana.

The money keeps coming....and the account keeps stacking up. Hope to get some spectacular stuff done to my cars soon.
