Dave, you are a true font of knowledge, until it comes to women. :0)

I've been married 41 years. My wife gives me no crap, but if I cross the line, my friend, I know when to back up. I refuse to be embarrassed by having my arse kicked by someone 4" shorter and 40 pounds lighter than me

Thank you for your time again

Jim

When it comes to the 'girl on the other end of the couch' I am strickly prohibited from bringing automotive parts into the house, it's cool though, her car malfunctioned twice, yesterday and again today, still came home to an apple pie!

Recall the other thread? I said that Cobra bumper would be badass on a 4-eye.

Must be FEP dudes rolling under their grave stones.

Yeah, but the FEP guys have a lot of knowledge about these old Fords and they don't mind sharing it. I'd have to go incognito, though with my present car. I was working on an 84 coupe and they knew I was going to do a ModFox. They were okay with that, as long as I didn't put aero parts on it.

As far as the Cobra bumper thing, the guy who did this build did as nice a job as I've seen on it. 93 Cobra side skirts and rear bumper, too. Has the full 98 Cobra interior. Quite a lot of work (and no doubt money) went into this car

Ah hell Jim, I did. i was getting eaten by so many mosquitoes that I forgot to ask about the trim pieces. I'm sorry.

I'll be going back out there again soon, hopefully this week.

Maybe a fogger to carry with you. One of the true joys of junkyarding; feeding the mosquitoes. If you can that would be great. if not it's not a problem. I did recover my headliner yesterday evening (wifey helped). She bought a 54' x 54" piece of fabric that was exactly the same as the OEM fabric for (wait for it) $10.00. Had the foam backing on it and all. Used some 3M Super Yellow Heavy Duty spray adhesive. Started by laying out the fabric on the headliner board. She lifted up half of it while I sprayed the board and the fabric. Waited a couple minutes and did the same for the other half. Pretty easy. We'll see how it holds up. I hope to get it in this weekend.

On another note,I'm trying to reinstall my reading light. There's nothing in my shopmanual about this (that I can find). Where does this connector go? I thought I knew, but it won't go there.

BTW, yes, I know it goes under the headliner.

TIA

Jim

I'm going to kill this thread and just post in my Build Thread That's Not a Build Thread. I think that will be easier on everyone
