yeah, he couldnt go anymore because of the dead clutch, but got a firend to take his place. Friend had a fox coupe with 364cid N/A engine that i think put down numbers in the 360-370 range.
I was supposed to go with stangfreak, but ended up going myself.
Engine was pinging at high rpms, so couldnt get a great readout. but i did 276hp, and 293tq at shutdown (shutdown only at 4800rpm to avoid pinging).
I think ive solved the problem, so im takign the car back to the dyno if i dont sell it.
Yeah like the guys said, the clutch was fried 2 days before dynoday. It was slipping big time so it would have been a big waste of $$$.
Like Cobracanuck said, a friend took my place. He wasnt tuned and had fairly conservative timing for what he could do. He put down 391rwhp and 398rwtq on a mustang dyno. He should be seeing some 420rwhp after the tune. All this from a small stroked 302
