I installed a 2001 GT 4.6L 2V engine with a T45 transmission and rear end in my notchback. Mods are CAI, BBK o/r H pipe, MAC 2-1/2" cat-back, and a 3.73 gear. No tune, no pullies.

241RWHP and 283RWTQ. I thought that was was pretty good. Videos are in 5.0L Talk under "Project 81 Hack Job" ( which is my progress thread.)

I'm looking to see what PI 4.6L's with similar mods are putting down. If you have the same mods or maybe like intake, plenum and or T-body or all three, list your mods and numbers. Thanks

241/295 mods in sig. I had a notch car and it made 230/260 and it would fly. cause it was so lite.

Hmmm the intake and the T-body added some torque. I'm thinking of doing something else in the spring.

259 rwhp 314 lb. ft. through a 5 speed.

Your car might be a little tighter than mine because mine has 79K. Your car had low mileage last time I saw it at WW. Plus the Prochamber on top of that.

same mods as you except it's an AUTO with 80k hard miles, diablo tuner, dyno tune, and comp cams 262/269. i know they're low wander what it would be in a manual. anyone know??

hey svt, i have the EXACT same setup as you, same year, same tranny, same mods, and first pull i put down the same numbers as you, after 10 pulls she started gettin tired and puttin down 239hp with 282tq

Yeah, once they get heated, they don't like to produce as much HP. It was a dyno day at my tuners shop, so two pulls per person, and he did about 22-25 cars. My two pulls were back to back and I only lost 0.9 HP and 1 TQ. I'm sure 3-5 pulls you would have started to really see a loss.

thats weird, i gained horse power through my 3 pulls, it went from 221hp - 224hp - 225.5hp

Get some long tubes on that sucker and you will see over 260 to the wheels.
