FMS states that the E303 cam will work OK with stock stall speeds on AOD equipped vehicles, but if you are going to change the convertor, stay under 2000rpm stall with that cam, anything more is useless. That is not a radical cam by any means and still offers good idle characteristics with good vacuum.
I agree, i have a 1800 stall in my AOD with a e cam, works nicely, It also ran well with the stock converter. It really made no difference in my track times, I got mine for free in a trade, Iwouldnt spend the cash on it, Money better spent elswhere IMO.
