Are these the Gt-40 heads that came on the 93-95 cobras?
If so could you tell me or point me to what intakes match well with the heads without any port matching?
would these work?

I would recommend against the E6s they were only on Mustangs for 1 year for a reason.
The part #s and markings that legalize420 posted should point you towards a real set of GT40s. The GT40s came on Cobras, 96 and some early 97 explorers and the 5.8 liter Lightnings. The Lightning heads are drilled for 1/2" headbolts but you can get a set of stepped washers from ARP that will allow them to be used on you 5.0.
