I just wanted somebody to point me in the right direction real quick. Does anybody know where to get a kit for the eaton sc out of the supercharged thunderbirds. I can get the whole setup out of one from the shop i work at. But i wanted to know something first, like does anything fit together? Mostly if there is a kit for installing one, that would be the best. Thanks guys, and gals.

Too many modifications needed to make it fit on a split port engine like what you have. You've have to change your heads and several other things. You're better off to get a manufactured kit (vortech, procharger, etc.) that way you know everything will work just fine with no modifications/fabrication

I actually looked at this a while ago because I could have gotten an Eaton cheap.

Basically, the "easiest" way to do it involves changing your engine back to a single-port, but this causes you to lose the 40ish HP gain the 99+'s had over the pre-99 models.

So you are giving up 40 HP right off the bat, before you get the SC installed.

I doubt the power gain would be worth it.
