It is just called "EEC Tuner"... I managed to get one for about 65 dollars. I have noticed that there is very little information regarding this tuner, but for the price thought I should get it. From ebay... Thanks for the link strtrcr50! Looks like some good information on there. I am going to document every change I make and make it available on my website.
