Checklist for EFI conversion, am I missing anything?

EFI upper/lower intake
EFI valve covers
Electric fuel pump with return
Fuel pressure regulator
fuel rails
injectors
computer and harness
o2 sensors, MAF sensor, tps, etc
Throttle body
Throttlebody cable

What all am I missing for the conversion?

Here are a few things that come to mind right away:

- Air filter and intake hose (lots of possibilities here, from stock box to K&N to whatever you can dream up)
- Export brace replacement (stock braces don't clear EFI upper intake on a '65-6 - maybe other years too)
- Fuel filter with fittings / clamps / etc
- EGR spacer / EGR valve / EGR position sensor
- Return location in fuel tank (I used an existing drain plug)
- Header tank (you'll probably want one eventually, but not necessary just to get it running)
- There are three main wiring harnesses:the main one that connects to the computer, which you've listed, a second one that connects that harness to the engine-mounted components (injectors, distributor, etc), and a third that connects to the under-engine stuff (O2 sensors and the like). You'll need all three, of course. There's a fourth one that connects the alternator if you're using the Fox body-style alternator.
- Ignition coil
- Lots of wire ties, solder, electrical tape and patience...

Hope that helps.

Functions like a sump. Keeps fuel at the pickup regardless of fuel-tank level so the EFI pump does not run dry/gulp air.

I'm going to get one for my EFI conversion, from Glen. Looks great and I'm sure it's going to work perfectly for me. If you have any questions about it - I'm sure Glen would be more then happy to answer them for you, he's been a great help to me on my EFI conversion process.

you'd have to click on rosehill performance products on the left, then on header tank in main page section.

Just thought you'd like to see what it looks like, very nifty device.
