egr blockoff on intake gasket

i put the egr blockoffs on the intake manifold gaskets. i did this because i have all the other egr stuff blocked off, i just hooked up a blower and was blowing oil under higher boost. i put a breather on the drivers side valve cover. i also hooked a hose from the oil filler neck to the in side of the blower, the hose is before the mass air, so it is being metered. i'm no longer blowing oil under higher boost. now my problem is throddle response, it's sluggish, the car just feels like a slug in general until high rpm's. before i did this when i tapped the gas it was instant revs. now i get slight sputtering before the car revs up. i really want any suggestions. sorry this is long

also i still have egr vaccum lines hooked up, i did not unhook those.
