I am trying to re hook up my EGR valve. The problem that I am running into is that all the schematics that I can pull up say that there should be 2 red tubes and one green tube. I have 1 red 1 green and 1 orange. All I really need are a couple pics if possible as to how to hook this darn thing up. Hopefully then I will get my check engine light to go out.

Also my temp gauge is skyrocketing, coolant level is fine so I am not sure why. Could it be that the fan is not kicking on, another reason why the check engine light may be going on? I really need to get this thing smoged so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you pulled codes to make absolutely sure it is the EGR making the CEL come on?

no i have pulled codes yet. I called AutoZone and they said since it was a 94 that their machine would not work on their system. Where could I go and not spend pretty much anything to find out the codes? I have a feeling that it might not be. I litteraly just came in from looking under the hood and noticed several things that are not plugged in. I am starting to wonder if that may be the issue. My tags expired and the end of May so I don't have much time to clear this issue up.

I got my code reader from here http://www.midwayautosupply.com/p-7208-equus-digital-ford-code-reader-3145.aspx

I think Summit Racing has it too???

I would pull codes before anyhting and go from there. I think there was a forum in the Fox section about jumping the connector for scanning codes.
