what damage would this cause if i took it off and didnt have a tune for it. just put a block off plate on the throttle body. would this cause a heat soak condition trying to figure it out why im having hot hard starts. would a computer tester give me a code. only have hot starts after i drive and shut it off and try to start it again. never when motor is cold
