I dont need emmisions so my egr and smog pump needs to go.I'm getting a egr delete plate and egr block off plate.what else has to be done and does anyone have a vacuum diagram for the egr delete or what lines need to be blocked off?
also going to get a smog pump delete pulley.what has to be done to complete the deletion of the smog pump?

If you are getting the EGR delete plate, you don't need the block off plate also..

Oh I'm thinking of the block plate that covers where it mounts on the side of the EGR spacer.

Leave the EGR as removing it will only cost you $$ in lost fuel economy and not gain you any power. If you do decide to delete the EGR, you need to pull the lower intake and block off the EGR ports at the heads. Blocking it in the upper intake defeats the entire purpose of deleting it all together as you still have the hot EGR gas heating up the manifold and you haven't removed anything...you've just rendered it inoperable.

If your cats are gone, you can remove the smog pump. No need for a delete pulley, you can run a short belt and reroute the belt for a cleaner setup.

If there is no internal EGR, then you have no choice but to remove it. Is it an explorer intake?
