Which is the has the best ride and best value? Are these hard to install or should it be left to a professional?

02CamaroKiller.... I can't speak on behalf of the H&R, but I do have Eibach's on mine and absolutely LOVE them; The handling is superb. Just keep in mind if you have aftermarket rims that have more of an offset than the factory, you might get some rub when hitting dips in the road or pulling into parking lots at an angle. I sliced both of my rear Eagles (factory, so it's not that big of a loss) and had to replace them. The ride is good too... I actually like the ride better now than the factory setup. Good Luck!!

Glad you mentioned, because I will soon put offsets (17X10.5) on the back. Did you install them yourself?

No, I didn't. I bought the rims and springs at the same time so I just had Les Schwab do it all at once. I have had the rear ones off to install some spring rubbers (to raise it back up off the tire a little) and they were fairly easy. The front springs however seemed a bit more difficult. They had to adjust my front shocks/struts (by sliding the topside over) in order to keep the camber correct.

H&R supersports here and me and the wife both think the car rides better now than stock. Took about an hour to install with a lift. I do scrape on Big speed bumps, but if you go slow over them you'll be OK. Also, I'm running 275/40X17s up front and 285/40X18 in the rear. No problems with tire fit other than a small rub on full turns!

H&R quality is by far superb compared to the Eibach. For almost the same price between the two why would you any lesser?

pretty much it doesnt matter which one u go with eibach or h&r...u wont be disapointed with either....it just all depends how low u want to go....eibach pro kit has a 1.5 drop....and H&r has a 1.75-2 in drop i believe.....IMO eibach pro kit is the best choice for daily drivers....cuz it rids the 4x4 look, has awesome stance, great overall performance and its not so low u have to worry about scrapping all the time (though u do have to be more careful)....take into consideration aftermarket exhausts hang low

No need to answer, this will only lead to a negative discussion. Lets just say I will now avoid all posts by 02camarokiller.

You won't be disappointed with the eibach's. H&R's are a really a good spring also, so IMO you can't go wrong either way...

I have never owned Eibach but I have just heard some negitive coments about them. I ahve never really heard any about h&r. so I went H&R.

I liked that the SS springs offered a bit more drop than the pro-kit.

you really need input from someone who has had both to do any real good. it is like that on a lot of choices. the only opinion that is going to cary tons of wieght is a head to head comparison. other than that you might just flip a coin.

Eibach Pro-Kit here. I think they are great. Improved handling ride quality is almost stock and you can't beat the looks. The drop is perfect IMO. Any lower and it would be a major PITA with drive ways and speed bumps.
