I'm looking to build an amp rack that is detachable. I need a way to disconnect the 2 ga power wire and ground. I want something clean looking, not some post with wing nuts. I thought about Military type connectors, but they are expensive.
Any other thoughts,, maybe airplane or boat stuff?
Thanks.

Aircraft parts are generally very expensive. Any type quick connector for 2 gauge wire is going to be expensive and hard to find.

The connector in my computer UPS made me think of these. They may work for your purposes and are not excessively expensive.

Parts Express (free shipping over $29 this week)

For larger current capacities/cables:
