Electrical Help (2010 Gt)

Hi, I recently got a 10 GT (my very first mustang, i love it) and it has 4 sets of fogs lights. the fog lights on the grill are operating funky - only one (passenger side) turns on randomly, if i mess with the switch enough. the lower fog lights work without fail. i have narrowed it down to the wiring harness or the relay. I just need some noob friendly help to make sure im in the right spot and I may not be missing something easy.

i have plugged directly into the set on the grill and they work fine, until i involve the extra harness.

so because i have to hit the switch several times to get just one to turn on, do you guys think its the relay or the wiring harness or something else perhaps?

after more research, i discovered i have the roush front fascia and fog lights. and more research later i replaced the relays and everything is g2g now.
