Ok after 2 extremely simple jobs, I have totally got myself in a problem.

#1: Pulled gauges to replace dash pad. Put back in gauges, test, no lights. Find blown fuse, replace fuse, test, fuse blows, no lights work. Hmm. I know my dimmer works as me being a genius wired my tach light to the non fused side of the fuse box (sweet huh). Parking lights and head/tail lamps, and high beam indicator work.

#2: After complete frustration set in with dash light, I decided to replace my worn out turn signal cam. I got everything wired up (triple checked against the stock one), put back together and test. No turn signals, no brake lights. Horn works.

Everything worked great before I started.

I have 12v at the fuse box and with all bulbs removed from the dash, read open at all light sockets. Hold an open fused side to ground.

Dash light problem, check for pinched wire in loom or near cluster for shorting out lights.

No turn/brake lights , recheck all connections from switch harness.
