something is up with my electrical
when I turn on my headlights my left turn signal light turns on automatically but very dim through cluster also when using turn signals the flash seem very slow
but when I turn off head light the it speeds up back to normal also my headlight is being affect as shown in picture

I'd be very cautious with that. There's a melting problem with the headlight switch that you need to look at. I believe @jrichker has the fix write-up and will probably chime in now that I've tagged him.

Check your ground on the radiator support.

I checked it and tightened it
I even changed out headlight switch
Just noticed that when I turn my ignition key on and turn headlight on my interior ding noise changes and sound very low bass

Check the voltage at the headlight when you do the same test. You may need a helper to turn the ignition switch or headlight switch on. You should see the same voltage as the battery positive terminal +0, to - 0.5 volts.
