But seriously, you have an electrical short. Get an electrical diagram of everything that is wired to that fuse. Disconnect them all. Then one by one reconnect them, put the fuse in, doesn't blow, then remove the component, and hook up another, until you find the one that blows the fuse.

Then, it's either the wiring or that component that is shorted out. If you do a continuity test on that component across the pos and neg terminals (disconnect all wiring to that component so you isolate that component), and you have continuity, then it's shorted out, and you need to replace it.

If not, see if you have continuity between the pos and neg of the wiring going to that component. If you do, then the pos wire is touching the ground and you need to find out where it's touching. If it's a PITA to find the short in the pos wire, then run a completely new wire in it's place, and wire it to that same fuse with a fuse connector. Then cap off the old wire at one end, and disconnect it from wherever it gets it's positive connection (at the fuse block usually).
