eletrical problems

These are the problems that I am having. (DTE FLI DATA ERR) and my system check said all my fluids are low (oil pressure low, brake fluid level low, Fuel level low) that my parking brake is engaged (when it is clearly not) and my TCS is off. Nothing shows up on my information center like my turn signals (they still work but no clicking or flashing green arrows) I checked my oil, it seems to be fine. The car seems drivable, but I don't want my brakes giving out, you know. I was thinking maybe I blew a fuse for the sensor which controls all that stuff, but I couldn't find a fuse which controlled any of those things in the manual. The night lights on the stereo stay on. I think that causes a battery drain. I recently purchsed a new battery and the above problems stopped, but now the same probs are happening again. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the battery voltage for at least 12.7 V with the engine off, and 14-14.5 V with the engine running.
If the 1st one is low, then recharge the battery with a trickle charger.
If the 2nd one is low, then the alternator may be bad. However, that normally triggers a CEL.

If both are ok, then check the carpet in the passenger's footwell for wetness or dampness. If you feel any, then the Smart Junction Box(SJB) probably got wet from a water leak resulting in the electrical problems. The normal fix is to replace the SJB.
