Emissions test

its the mother of all emission tests and they do almost 20 times a year

lol every two years bud. and if your car is older than 20 yrs, you can exempt from emmissions.

They pressure test your gas cap and sniff the car from idle (1100 rpm max) and at a 2200-2500 rpm cruise.

It's pretty easy to pass as there is no visual.

whidbey island is very nice! i went there every weekend for a month to pick up my brother from NAS Whidbey Island. He as in school for the marines up there.
dont expect alot of stangs though! the island is full of navy/marines with rice burners from what i saw.

I think this is RICE central. I spent 45 days in cali and didnt see as many as I see here in a day
