Engine Bay Protectant? Rhino Liner?

Ive seen a blue notch with this scratch proof material for the engine bay. I was wondering if it was rhino liner or what might have been used? I seen rhino liner in person and i cant imagine it looking clean, but the idea is smart especially since im constantly pulling the engine and headers etc almost every winter. If it is rhino liner then forget that junk.

Anyone know the stuff?

Probably POR-15

I did my entire underside and rear axles in it. Ive seen it applied by spray gun and looks very good.

Line x looks great and has a lifetime warranty. I wouldn't mind doing my underside in line x

I did my engine bay on the 66 in the Duplicolor bedliner. It doesn't build up like the other bedliners and it has about a 400 grit feel. This is from the rattle can btw.
