Looking at getting a block to build up for my 1990 notch. Is the 302 block from a 1994 mustang the exact same as the blocks from 87-93?

It's the same block from 1979 and possible older maybe '74

yes like 93 5.0 GT stated. late '82 blocks where changed over to one piece rear main seals. The '85 & up HO blocks where changed over to rollers and further updates where made to the blocks in '86.
