Engine Dying when put into gear (auto)

Our 96 GT idles fine in Park or Neutral, but the second we put it into Drive or Reverse, the engine dies quickly. I have no idea what is causing it, does anybody know?

I dont think it is the IAC because the car idles fine.. any help?
