Anybody know how to lower my 68 mustang 302 motor down a 1/4"-1/2" or over to the passenger side 1/4"?? I know adjustable motor mounts, but any cheaper idea? thanks..

well i have some custom headers made but the flange for the header-collector is just barley touching my pitman arm on the steering box. I could take it down to the exhaust shop, but was wondering if there might be a different way around this.

well i've been thinking this over... what do you all think if i welded a spacer to the top of the motor mount? only needs to be 1/4" thick. Lookin at the stock motor mounts it seems like it would solve my problem.

RMP motor mounts will do the trick. Just make sure to get the lowering ones.

If you don't want to go to the expense of the adjustable motor mounts, just put a washer or two between the block and the motor mounts.
