This may help- it is a post from VMF by

So today was a good day. After waiting a few days for the rain to stop, I was able to get the engine installed. I had a friend help, and my wife did help a bit as well.
Here was my checklist based on some other posts here:
1. Remove Alternator Bracket
2. Remove Power Steering Bracket
3. Remove Crank Pulley
4. Remove Fan Pulley
5. Remove Hydraulic Clutch Slave Cylinder
6. Add Transmission Oil
7. Cover Remaining Firewall Holes
8. Remove Radiator / Brackets
9. Cover Engine Bay with Blankets / Cardboard
10. Cover PS Cylinder / centerlink
11. Remove Shocks so they don't squat when Engine is Installed
12. Fully Torque Engine Mounts
13. Loosen Body Mounts
14. Loosen / move Transmission Mount out of the way
15. Recheck all bolt torque
16. Place rear of car on tire lifts / Chock front tires
We got the engine almost all the way in, but we ran out of room getting the shifter plate low enough to clear the transmission tunnel since it sticks up about 2-3 inches. I made a call to MDL, and they said it could be removed, but make sure it was covered, and then reinstall the plate with RTV. (You can see the shifter plate in one of the photos below - it's red) So we removed it, then added another 1-1/2 inch to the rear wheel elevation. This time we got in with a few (but minimal) problems. Reinstalling the shifter plate was relatively easy from inside the car, and the plate was well centered over the shifter hole. Overall it took about 4 hours which included the call to MDL and a few breaks.
Question: what is #13, Loosen Body Mounts? What body mounts?
kblagron: I meant the bolts on the motor mounts for the Ron Morris setup. It has bolts to allow it to move forward/back and side to side.
