On one of my 289 motors I noticed a little engine oil in my radiator. This motor is stock other than Edelbrock RPM heads and manifold, both new. When I built the motor I noticed that the RPM heads have larger dow pin or locating holes than the 289 block, could this be my problem. There no coolant in the oil though.

Nope. did you do the heat hole mod? (won't be cause of your problem) .. sounds like a Head gasket problem. If it were the intake you'd notice it in the oil, and probably burning oil too.
Retorque the heads.

Is this the motor that is getting boost?

no this is a 289 in my fastback, no blower, yet... Yes the heat hole mode was done as all the block check stuff by the machine shop. as you said a head gasket was one of my guesses then I remembered the location pin problem which make me worry. When I take it apart to replace the gaskets
I think I will try to find a head to block locating pin that goes from the block size to the heads size instead of pulling the motor and going to the machine shop. but I think your right about the head gasket and I see signs of the leak in the gasket.
