Engine engine removal

Am replacing hci
But after removing heads i have decided to pull motor. My question is will it be ok to use headbolt holes in block to pull motor and trans.just dont want to warp the head to block mating surface.

Anyone else care to chime in I just dont want to reinstall the heads just to pull the motor. I will be using a leveler so there is 4 points of lifting. When I pulled motors from 4.6 stangs I allways used used intake manifold bolt boles. Never had a problem.

Just pulled mine out two weeks ago using the advice on here using driver side head to passenger side head as mounting points with my load leveler. I was able to raise it straight up (had the tranny off), and raised hood all the way back. I checked the heads and they had absolutely no warpage or signs of stress from supporting the weight. Make sure you use at least a 2 ton picker as the last position (ie boom arm extended out) usually supports 500-700lbs.
