PLEASE HELP! I have a 2000 mustang, no check engine light, passed emissions with a clear breeze. Nothing seems to be wrong yet when I start my car and I and I accelerate (low rpms) 0-30 Mph I hear a ticking under my hood. I'm not sure if I need a oil change or what but everything seems to be normal. Anyone know what it might be?

Could be a coilpack could be just the old Ford tick aka exhaust manifold gaskets

Have you checked your oil level since the noise started? If you did, was it low?
