Can anyone explain this code?

"96 High speed fuel pump High speed fuel pump or circuit failure"

The car is a 1992 5.0 Mustang.

96- Fuel pump monitor circuit shows no power - Power / Fuel Pump Circuits

Fuel related DTC's can be linked to several things. Start with the simple stuff like the fuel pump relay, fuel pump wiring, etc. Probably just a bad ground.
